Summary: the game does not ask for your name, email or an account. To show ads, measure how the game is used and send notifications, we use third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Firebase Analytics and OneSignal). These services collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), your IP address and app usage data. Purchases are processed by Google Play, and we never receive your card details.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, files or precise (GPS) location.
3. Legal bases
- Consent: personalized ads where the law requires consent (for example in the EEA and the UK, through Google's consent form) and notifications (Android permission).
- Legitimate interests: usage analytics, non-personalized ads and fraud prevention, which keep the game free and working.
- Performance of a contract: processing the purchases you make.
4. Sharing and international transfers
The data in section 2 is sent to these providers (Google and OneSignal), who may also use it as described in their own policies. We do not sell data. These providers store data outside Brazil, mainly in the United States, under contractual safeguards. 5. Retention
- Firebase analytics: up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- AdMob: as defined by Google's policy.
- OneSignal: while the app is installed with notifications on. OneSignal deletes inactive subscriptions.
- On-device data: until you uninstall the game or clear its data.
6. Your choices
- Personalized ads: on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) to delete or reset your advertising ID. Where the consent form applies, you can change your choice in the game under Settings → Policy.
- Notifications: deny or revoke the permission in Android Settings → Apps → Candy Sort Jam → Notifications.
- Remove ads: the "remove ads" purchase turns off ads in the game.
- Delete everything: uninstalling the game deletes on-device data and the push token.
7. Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, information about sharing, and withdraw consent (Brazilian LGPD, art. 18; similar rights apply under the GDPR and US state laws). Since we never ask for data that identifies you, write to contato@candysortjam.com.br with your request and, if you have one, your Google Play order number. We reply within 15 days.
8. Children
Candy Sort Jam is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) to the providers. We do not run servers that store player data.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
