1. Acceptance
By installing or playing Candy Sort Jam you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. The game is provided by USABILITI TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA., CNPJ 38.233.753/0001-10 ("Usabiliti"), Brazil.
2. License
You get a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to play on your devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the game, or use cheats or programs that alter it.
3. Virtual items and purchases
- Coins, boosters and other virtual items are for in-game use only, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Purchases are made and billed through Google Play. Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy and applicable consumer law.
- Progress and items are saved on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data. The "remove ads" purchase can be restored with the same Google Play account.
4. Ads
The game is free and shows third-party ads (Google AdMob). Some ads are optional and give in-game rewards. Usabiliti does not control ad content. If you see an inappropriate ad, let us know.
5. Availability
We may update, change or discontinue the game or parts of it, and will try to give notice of major changes.
6. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Usabiliti is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits your consumer rights.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
